Aflevering van uw order:
Wij gebruiken verschilende bedrijven (Royal Mail, PostNL, CTT, etc) voor de post service voor het versturen van de EASY esigaretten en EASY e-liquids.
EASYsigaret zal de order, op het opgegeven verzend adres, af laten leveren door Royal Mail first class, CTT en/of de standaard post service in combinatie met de locale post service.
Uw order wordt op de dag van of de dag volgend op het plaatsen van uw order verwerkt en, zonder tegenbericht, direct op die dag verzonden.
Zaterdag en Zondag worden geen postpakketten verzonden.
Ontvangen van uw order duurt "normaal" , afhankelijk van de lokatie waar vanuit uw order wordt verstuurd, 3 - 5 (werk)dagen vanaf het moment dat u bericht heeft ontvangen dat uw bestelling is verzonden.
Helaas neemt de post er soms meer tijd voor en zij werken niet in het weekeinde en op feestdagen. Enig geduld wordt zeer op prijs gesteld.
U ontvangt (automatisch) een email wanneer uw order wordt verwerkt en wanneer uw order is verzonden.
Hoewel wij de meeste orders kunnen volgen is een vertraging in de aflevering een zaak van de post services onderling waarop EASYsigaret geen invloed heeft.
We take care to abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), and we always act in good faith once your order has been received to complete the shipping of your item(s). We take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company such as Royal Mail, Post.nl, CCT, etc.. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from the ware house it is the responsibility of Royal Mail or the respective shipping company.
EasySigaret will however, at our discretion, agree to re-send item(s) lost in the postal service to you at no cost after 15 working days. Please be aware that EasySigaret are acting in good faith and are providing this replacement policy to offer our valued customers the very highest level of service, and to save our customers the inconvenience of having to wait 28 days as in the postal services claims process.
We appreciate your continued custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping problems, so please understand that we as a company uphold the highest standards of service but we can on occasion be let down by the postal services we require of third party companies. Royal Mail do provide minimum insurance to cover all of our products so if you find your parcel lost or damaged please do not worry just send us an email and we will do our best to assist in resolving this for you. We charge in advance for all the products ordered, and goods will be only dispatched provided the payment has cleared. We have a few options for payment but if you would like to do a bank transfer or cheque payment please email us first.
We use PayPal as our payment system provider. We can accept payments online and we can accept all types of debit and credit cards via PayPal

Refunds & Returns:
Products can always be prone to occur some fault, so we always aim to provide the best the customer service and resolve any customer issues as quickly as possible and to give our customers the best customer journey and experience should a product be faulty. With all the purchases we provide a 7 days return and exchange policy for any items purchased that are found to be faulty. Customers must contact us within 7 days to initiate notification upon receipt of their goods. If we determine the products are at fault we will exchange them appropriately.
We will accept an unused item for return for any reason within 14 days. You will normally be refunded within 14 days less postage costs. If you have a faulty battery, charger or accessory we will send you the relevant spare part under warranty rather than returning the full product. Atomizers or Cartomizers are not covered by the 30 day Warranty.
Please note that ANY items that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including boxes of atomizers / cartomizers and disposable e-cigarettes. If part of your kit is not working then please contact us for a replacement under warranty.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery via email, if the Goods are damaged or are items are missing. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense and we reccomend that you should return your item(s) via recorded delivery.
On receipt of your returned goods, once checked if applicable we will arrange a suitable credit to your account for the costs incurred on the return postage of your item(s), this will be based on the current postal charges according to the weight of your item(s) returned.
EasyCigarettes offers a 30 day Limited Warranty that strictly covers the original purchaser only under the following terms: USB charger, wall adaptor, car charger and batteries are warranted for a period of 30 days and may be repaired or replaced at our discretion, a maximum of 1 (one) time only.
Batteries are a consumable product and as such are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase. Batteries are manufactured to the highest standard, but may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if used incorrectly. The expected lifespan of an electronic cigarette battery is around 2-3 months or a maximum of 150 charge cycles or more where indicated, depending on usage. Replacement batteries may be purchased from the EasyCigarettes online store.
Atomisers/Cartomizers and e-Cigarette Rechargeable Batteries, although made to the highest quality are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if in constant use (An Electric Cigarette Atomisers natural lifespan is around 14-60 days and Electronic Cigarette batteries have an expected lifespan of 2-3 months). These will however be covered under the 30 days warranty if purchased as part of a kit.
Atomizers /Cartomizers are consumable products not covered under warranty if purchased separately (not as part of a kit) due to the consumable nature of the product, and for health and hygiene purposes. If this item is received DOA (Dead on Arrival). you have 48 hours to inspect the goods and contact us should there be any problems. If you do not contact us during this time and come across a DOA item, the warranty will be invalid.
Refunds cannot be offered if any of the goods has been used due to health and hygiene reasons. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of the Goods and no refund will be offered.
· No refund can be offered on any used items.
· No Refund can be granted unless we are notified within 7 days after purchase .
· We cannot provide a refund if the product is damaged and this was not reported upon receipt within 7 days.
· We may refuse the right to a refund if we have provided you with replacement parts.
Refilling disposable cartomizers with any substance may damage the automatic battery and will invalidate your warranty.
We always recommend you hold supplies of extra Atomisers and Electronic Cigarette Batteries so that your vaping experience is not interrupted.
Our Electronic Cigarette Batteries contain micro-electronic circuitry and micro-processors, users should store and handle these items with special care. We advise Electronic Cigarette users not to store their E-Cigarettes with metallic or magnetized objects or electronic transmitting devices, like keys and mobile phones, therefore extending their lifespan of functional use.
30 Day Limited Warranty
Batteries and accessories are covered by a 30 day warranty. The faulty item needs to be returned to EasyCigarettes within 7 days of reporting the fault by recorded mail and include your order number. Any faulty item returned to us will be tested prior to sending a replacement. Please allow 14 days for a replacement to be issued. Where faulty items are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's negligence, the Buyer will be liable and no replacement will be offered.
For your safety and comfort, all products are only designed to be used with our parts. If any cartridge or liquid is used, that is not specifically made for the device; this warranty becomes immediately null and void. The Warranty excludes defects arising from accidental damage, misuse, inadequate maintenance, improper charging or use of alternative charging adaptors, or unauthorized modifications including the use of e-liquid substances.
Always read and follow the instructions provided. Do not return a product to the sales merchant you have purchased your EasyCigarettes product from without first contacting us. Please use the Contact Us form on our website providing us with your order number and a brief description of your fault.
Customer Services will troubleshoot your issue and e-mail you with instructions on how to fix the problem or provide you with information on how to return the product for testing.
All returned products are subject to testing prior to sending any replacement. Please allow 14 days for a replacement to be issued.
Easy Sigaret will repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned part) components that are faulty at our discretion.
Please ensure that all returns are adequately labelled and packaged as we cannot return items lost in the post or damaged due to insufficient packaging.
